In this workshop, Sally will guide us by looking at insomnia and anxiety through our nervous system and spinal health in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and chakra perspectives. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat or towel/blanket, a yoga block, and water. This event will take place outdoors and in person, as such all participants are asked to respect COVID-19 guidelines and physical distancing protocols. In the case of inclement weather, the workshop will take place over Zoom and the link will be made available through the Facebook page.
