Council meetings are where decisions get made. Meetings must reach a quorum (minimum attendance) of at least one third of Councillors for decisions to be binding. Regular Council Meetings are open to the public and we encourage all undergraduate students to attend!
From September until May, Regular Council Meetings take place on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm (see schedule below). During the months of October, November, and January there is a second meeting held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm. Additionally, there are occasionally Special Council Meetings called to discuss specific issues or at times when items need to be discussed and decided upon before a scheduled Regular Council Meetings.
